Blackpool on merenrantakaupunki Irlanninmeri|Irlanninmeren rannikolla Luoteis-Englanti|Englannissa. Se on perinteisesti ollut osa Lancashirea, mutta vuonna 1998 siitä tehtiin yhden tason hallintoyksikkö. Toisin kuin naapurikaupungit, Blackpool on lähes täysin kaupungistunutta ja asutettua. Väentiheys onkin jopa 4,086/km² ja pinta-alaltaan 34.92 km²:n suuruisella alueella asuu noin 143 000 asukasta, joista yli 98 % on valkoista väestöä.
Blackpool on hyvin riippuvainen turismista. Sen tärkeitä matkailukohteita ovat kolme vanhaa satamalaituria, Eiffel-tornia muistuttava Blackpool Tower ja Blackpool Pleasure Beachin huvipuisto. Kaupunki oli työväenluokan suosittu lomakohde teollistuminen|teollistumisen alkuajoista aina 1960-luku|1960-luvulle asti. Alueella on hienot uimarannat, mutta ilmaston takia viihdykkeitä kuten huvipuistoja ja peliluolia on tarvittu myös sisätiloihin.
