Locarno: Guide
Locarno on kaupunki Ticinon kantonissa, Sveitsin italiankielisessä osassa. Se sijaitsee Maggiore-järvi|Maggiore-järven rannalla. Kaupungin asukasluku on noin 15 000.
Locarnossa järjestetään vuosittain Locarnon kansainväliset elokuvafestivaalit. Kaupungissa solmittiin vuonna 1925 tärkeät Locarnon sopimukset ensimmäinen maailmansota|ensimmäisen maailmansodan voittajien ja häviäjien kesken, joilla mm. taattiin Saksan, Ranskan ja Belgian rajat.
