Paderborn on kaupunki Saksassa, Nordrhein-Westfalenin osavaltiossa. Nimensä se on saanut pieneltä Paderjoelta. Kaupungissa on noin 144 000 asukasta, joista 8 % on paikallisen yliopiston opiskelijoita ja 10 000 brittiarmeijan joukkoja.
Paderborn on entisen Nixdorfin tietotekniikkayhtiön pääkonttorin sijaintipaikka. Siemens osti yhtiön 1990-luvun alussa. Kaupungissa on nykyisin maailman suurin tietokonemuseo. Paderborn on myös perinteisen Paderborner Pilsener -oluen kotipaikka. Warsteiner osti panimon 1980-luvun lopulla, mutta olutta tehdään edelleen entisellä nimellä.
