Oberammergau: Guide
Oberammergau on eteläisessä Baijerissa sijaitseva kylä, joka on tunnettu nyttemmin kymmenen vuoden välein esitettävästä kärsimysnäytelmästään sekä koristeellisista taloistaan. Jeesuksen viisi viimeistä päivää kuudessa tunnissa läpikäyvä kärsimysnäytelmä esitettiin viimeksi vuonna 2000 ja oli järjestyksesä 40:s. Alkunsa perinne sai ruttovuonna 1633, jolloin asukkaat lupautuivat esittämän Jeesus|Jeesuksen viimeisiä vaiheita kuvaavan näytelmän, jos säästyisivät kulkutaudilta.
