Mühlhausen: Guide


Mühlhausen on kaupunki Thüringenin osavaltiossa Saksassa. Se on Unstrut-Hainichin alueen pääkaupunki ja sijaitsee Unstrut-joen varrella. Kaupungissa oli vuonna 2003 37 895 asukasta. Varhaisimmat kirjalliset tiedot kaupungista ovat vuodelta 967. Johann Sebastian Bach toimi kaupungin Divi Blasi-kirkon urut|urkurina vuosina 1708 - 1709. Vuonna 1944 Buchenwaldin keskitysleiri perusti kaupunkiin naisille tarkoitetun alileirin, joka vapautettiin maaliskuussa 1945.
