Eisleben on Saksan kaupunki Saksi-Anhaltin osavaltiossa.

Ensimmäinen säilynyt maininta Eislebenistä on vuodelta 994. Siitä tuli osa Preussia vuonna 1815. Kaupungin pinta-ala on 91,55 km² ja väkiluku noin 24 552 (2005).

Martti Luther syntyi ja kuoli Eislebenissä, mistä juontuu kaupungin pitempi nimi Lutherstadt Eisleben.
