Pau on kaupunki Lounais-Ranskassa. Pau on Pyrénées-Atlantiques departementtin pääkaupunki ja Akvitanian alueen toiseksi suurin kaupunki Bordeaux'n jälkeen. Paussa on 78 732 asukasta (1999).

Nykyään Paussa on lentokenttä, Pau Pyrénées Airport, joka sijaitsee noin 10 kilometerin päässä keskustasta. A64 moottoritie kulkee Paun läpi.Espanjan rajalle on noin 60 kilometriä.
