Boulogne-Billancourt (tavallisesti Boulogne) on Pariisin esikaupunki 8,2 kilometrin päässä Pariisin keskustasta. Sen pinta-ala on 6,17 km² ja asukasluku 108 800. Asukastiheys on 17 634 as/km².
