Bordeaux: Guide

Bordeaux on satamakaupunki Ranskan lounaisrannikolla. Se on Akvitanian hallintoalueen (région) ja Gironden departementti|departementin pääkaupunki. Bordeaux on myös kaupunkia ympäröivän viininkasvatusalueen ja sen tuottaman viinin nimi. Kaupunki sijaitsee Garonne-joen alajuoksulla, ja joki jakaa kaupungin kahteen osaan.

Viini

Gare St-Jean on kaupungin suurin rautatieasema. Paikallisjunilla ja huippunopealla TGV-junalla pääsee Pariisiin kolmessa tunnissa. TGV:llä pääsee myös Toulouseen. Paikallisjunilla pääsee Nantesiin, Nizzaan, Marseilleen, Lyoniin ja Pauhun.

Bordeaux'ssä on kansainvälinen lentokenttä Aéroport de Bordeaux Mérignac, joka sijaitsee 8 km päässä kaupungin keskustasta Mérignacin esikaupunkialueella.
