Wrocław (, ) on kaupunki Sleesiassa, nykyisessä Lounais-Puolassa, Oderjoen rannalla. Vuonna 2003 kaupungissa oli 638 666 asukasta. Wrocław on Sleesia|Ala-Sleesian voivodikunnan (Dolny Śląsk) pääkaupunki.
Wrocław nimenä mainitaan ensi kertaa vuodelta Itävallan perimyssodan jälkeen 1740-luvulla kaupunki liitettiin Preussiin, josta tuli Saksan keisarikunta 1871. Toisessa maailmansodassa Puna-armeija piiritti kaupunkia kolme kuukautta, ennen kuin se antautui 6. toukokuuta 1945. 70 % kaupungista tuhoutui taisteluissa. Voittajavaltojen Potsdamin sopimus antoi kaupungin Puolalle. Saksalaisväestö karkotettiin länteen.
Kaupungista käytetty nimi on saksalaisille ja puolalaisille nationalisteille tärkeä asia.
Maailmanperintökohde Hala Ludowa sijaitsee Wroclawissa.
