Graz: Guide

Graz on Itävalta|Itävallan toiseksi suurin kaupunki ja Steiermark|Steiermarkin pääkaupunki. Se sijaitsee maan kaakkoisosassa lähellä Slovenian rajaa. Matka Wienistä kestää junalla noin 2,5 tuntia. Grazin asukasluku oli vuonna 2006 285 470 asukasta. Kaupungin läpi virtaa Mur-joki. Grazin vanha kaupunki on listattu UNESCOn maailmanperintöluetteloon.

Liikenne

Grazin rautatieasemalta (Graz Hauptbahnhof) lähtee junia säännöllisin väliajoin muun muassa Wieniin, Zagrebiin, Ljubljanaan sekä Venetsiaan.

Graz sijaitsee Luettelo Eurooppateistä|eurooppateiden E57, E59 ja E66 varrella.

Grazin lentoasema sijaitsee kaupungin keskustan eteläpuolella. Muun muassa lentoyhtiöt Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa sekä Ryanair liikennöivät Graziin.
