Murcia on kaupunki Kaakkois-Espanjassa, Murcia (itsehallintoalue)|Murcian itsehallintoalueen pääkaupunki. Se sijaitsee Segurajoen varrella. Kaupungissa on 409 810 asukasta (2005). Kaupunkialueella on 485 000 asukasta ja metropolialueella kokonaisuudessaan 558 000.
Murcian katolinen pääsiäisviikko on tunnettu kautta Espanjan. Francisco Salzillon (1707–1783) täysikokoiset veistokset tuodaan museosta ja niitä kannetaan pitkin kaupungin katuja juhlakulkueissa. Myös juutalaista hanukkaa juhlitaan Plaza Santo Domingolla.
Murcian lentoasema on Murcia-San Javierin lentoasema|Murcia-San Javier (MJV). Kaupungissa on myös yliopisto. Nähtävyyksiä ovat goottilainen katedraali 1300–1700-luvuilta ja Monteagudon linna.
