Getafe on kaupunki Madrid (itsehallintoalue)|Madridin Espanjan itsehallintoalueet|itsehallintoalueella Espanjassa. Se sijaitsee metropolialueella 14 kilometriä itsehallintoalueen ja maan pääkaupungista Madridista etelään. Kaupungin pinta-ala on 79 neliökilometriä, ja vuonna 2005 kaupungissa oli 157 397 asukasta. Getafe on teollisuus- ja liikekeskus, ja siellä sijaitsee suuri sotilaslentokenttä (Kansainvälinen siviili-ilmailujärjestö|ICAO: LEGT). Kaupungin suurimpia teollisuuslaitoksia ja työnantajia on EADSin tehdas, jossa valmistetaan osia Airbusin matkustajalentokoneisiin.

Getafen itäosassa sijaitsee Espanjan maantieteellisenä keskipisteenä pidetty Cerro de Los Ángeles, jossa seisoo kuningas Kaarle III:n yliopiston pääkampus, joka pitää majaansa tarkoitusta varten täysin uudistetuilla asevoimien vanhoilla kasarmeilla. Kaarle III:n yliopisto on yksi itsehallintoalueen seitsemästä julkisesta yliopistosta, ja sillä on yksiköitä myös Leganésissa ja Colmenarejossa.

Kaupungin jalkapalloseura Getafe CF on pelannut kaudesta 2004–2005 lähtien La Liga|Espanjan liigan korkeimmalla tasolla, Primera divisiónissa. Seuran kotistadion on 14 400 -paikkainen Coliseum Alfonso Pérez.

Getafesta on hyvät liikenneyhteydet Madridiin. Kaupungit yhdistää toisiinsa useat moottoritiet, Cercanías-lähiliikennejunat sekä Madridin metron Linja 12 (Madridin metro)|MetroSur-linja.
