Ciudad Real eli 'kuninkaallinen kaupunki' on kaupunki Kastilia- La Manchan itsehallintoalueella Espanjassa ja Ciudad Real (maakunta)|Ciudad Realin maakunnan pääkaupunki. Se sijaitsee noin 200 kilometriä Madridista etelään. Kaupungin asukasluku on 65 048 (2002).

Kaupungin perusti Kastilian kuningas Alfonso VI voitettuaan Las Navas de Tolosan taistelun maurit|maureja vastaan. Kaupungin lähellä on linnoituksen raunioita ja Alarcosin taistelun 1195 käyntipaikka almohadien ja Kastilian Alfonso VIII:n välillä.
