Waterloo on kaupunki Belgiassa ranskankielisessä Valloniassa Brabantin provinssissa.

1. tammikuuta 2005 Waterloossa oli asukkaita 29230 as ja pinta-ala oli 21,03 neliökilometriä ja väentiheys oli 1390,4 asukasta neliökilometrillä.

Yksi neljännes väestöstä on nykyisin ei-belgialaisia, joista suurin osa käy työssä lähellä olevassa Brysselissä, Euroopan unionin pääkaupungissa.

Waterloossa sijaitsee myös St. John's International School, joka on yksi Belgian suurimmista kansainvälisistä kouluista.

Kuuluisin Waterloo on kuitenkin Waterloon taistelusta, joka käytiin 18. kesäkuuta 1815 ja joka jäi Napoleonin viimeiseksi taisteluksi.
